"Let me tell you a story about Dionysus - the Greek God of the grape-harvest. On this particular day, Dionysus looked down upon Earth from his heavenly throne of glory. Dionysus was angered. He witnessed scavengers attempting to sow the seeds of grape trees in unfavourable, unwitting and suboptimal climates. The grapes were forced to be premature, unsweetened and corrosively sour. Dionysus knew that the only objective of these wicked men was to ferment the grapes and turn an evil profit for their own worldly pleasures.
And so, Dionysus in his custodial and honourable duties struck down upon the Earth with his wrath and furious anger. The Father of the Grape-Harvest pressed down with the sole of his feet, all those transgressors who had dared to take advantage of his glory. The sky parted and storms consumed the earth.
As the Sun rose the next day and the fields were cleared with the blissful peace that was now upon the Earth, Dionysus himself stepped down and brushed the fields with his finger. The seeds that sprung were unlike any that the Earth had known. Grapes deeper in colour than humans could see with their mortal eyes. Dionysus had returned as caretaker of his fields.
One day a humble man appeared. Seeing the purity in the man’s soul, Dionysus took him under his mighty wing. The man became Dionysus’ apprentice and was granted quarters in his duties to overlook the fields. As the decades passed the man took a wife in marriage and had children and lived to see his great grandchildren take the reins as caretakers of the fields that Dionysus had once sowed. Until one day, the man joined Dionysus and sat with him in the heavens immersed in the purity of the thick white clouds.
Observing the perfection in the actions of the humble man in the vineyards, Dionysus named him the honourable Aurelius Sceptre Athena Poseidon - which is modern texts is translated to: ASAP Grape. From a world beyond our own, may his legacy live forever." - VapeTheJourney
