How Many Calories Are In A Disposable Vape?

Many people quit smoking to push for a healthier way of living. Whether you want to lose weight or just be healthy in general, stopping smoking tobacco cigarettes is a positive way to make a change.
All the delicious sweet flavours in disposable vape kits beg the question: does vape juice in disposable electronic cigarettes cause weight gain? There are calories in disposable vapes. However, it's not as much as you think.
Disposable Vapes: How many calories?
A standard disposable vape with an average e-liquid capacity of 2ml has around 10 calories. This calorie count can be burnt off with a 30-second walk.
The calories in disposable vapes vary depending on the ingredients used. The calories come from the VG/PG base and not the flavourings themselves. On average, there are 4-5 calories per millilitre of VG/PG e-liquid base.
10ml e-liquid bottles typically contain about 50 calories. Disposable vapes or e-liquid should not be used as a diet substitute or supplement. Instead, they should be used as a quit smoking aid as vaping helps satisfy nicotine cravings to help you stop smoking traditional cigarettes.
Does nicotine make you lose weight or gain weight?
We all know that excess calories make you gain weight. However, studies show that nicotine is a natural appetite suppressant, which may lead to weight loss rather than weight gain. Having said that, you should not use nicotine as a dietary supplement as nicotine is a highly addictive chemical that is present in both disposable vapes and cigarette smoking.
