- Locate the relevant order on your 'Orders' page.
- Click on "Submit a Ticket".
Our customer service team aims to respond to all Support Tickets within 1 hour Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Responses may take up to 24 hours on the weekend.
You are also welcome to submit a query using the contact form below, but this may result in delayed response times due to account verification protocol and assignment of your query to your customer account and specificed order.
