Due to the nature of e-Liquids, we do not allow returns as we have no way of certifying that a liquid has not been tampered with upon return and therefore no way of selling the item on.
Inevitably, there will always be some vape liquids that do not satisfy your needs due to the subjective nature of flavour. In such circumstances, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will do whatever we can to help ensure your next purchase is to your satisfaction.
Due to the counterfeit protection seals contained on all of the vape devices that you purchase from us, we are unable to offer returns on hardware. This is to mitigate the risk of tampering with a device that could lead to serious health and safety concerns if the product is sold on.
You have the right to a refund for any faulty or defective items within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you have received a faulty or defective item, please log into your account and use the 'Send Enquiry' button to let us know. Please also be prepared to send any evidence of a faulty or defective item as this may be required by some of our sellers to process refunds.
