Do I need to create an IndeJuice account?
You do not need to create an account in order to browse our website or add products to your basket. However, in order to make purchases you will need to create an account by entering an email address and a password.
We’ve streamlined the process to under 20 seconds. By creating an account, shopping on IndeJuice will be a breeze.
Why can't I sign into my account?
We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties signing in. Please make sure you are using the same email address and password you used when creating your account with us. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “forgotten password” link on the login page and this will allow you to reset it. You will be sent an email to the email address you used to create your account, this will contain a link to create a new password. If you still continue to experience difficulties signing in, please contact us using our Contact Us page.
Can I place an order over the phone?
As we do not act on behalf of the seller, we are unable to process orders over the phone. Please use our website to place your order and the seller will be automatically notified.
How can I pay on IndeJuice?
We take your security seriously and so we are committed to using the most trusted and secure industry standard payment gateways such as PayPal to process your payments.
You can use any of the following payment methods:
-All major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo and American Express)
-Cash (only available for customers who select Local Pickup at checkout).
Please note that we always recommend paying online in order to keep all payments safe and secure.
Where you have selected “Local Pickup” please ensure all meeting places are safe and in public.
When is payment taken?
IndeJuice captures your payment immediately upon paying for your goods. You will receive an email confirmation from us to confirm your order details.
When is payment given to the seller?
Your payment will be released to the seller once you have confirmed delivery by marking the order “Completed”. This happens either when you mark the order “Completed” through your “My Account” page “Orders” tab OR automatically after 3 days has lapsed from the date of your order. Any violations of the system will not be tolerated and will be reported.
If you have selected Local Pickup please mark the order as “Completed” immediately after collection.
Please note that IndeJuice does not settle disputes between buyers and sellers. We urge both parties to cooperate with each other to settle disputes fairly and in a reasonable manner. For more information on IndeJuice’s role please see our Terms & Conditions.
How will I know when my order is on its way to me?
Once the seller marks your order as “shipped” you will receive an automated email informing you that your order has been dispatched with any relevant tracking number.
How do I arrange a Local Pickup?
Where you have selected Local Pickup, please contact the seller directly via your IndeJuice profile to arrange collection. We have implemented a private meet up system to help arrange meetings.
If the seller has not proposed a meeting you may initiate the request by navigating to your profile, clicking the “Rendez Vous” tab and sending a private invitation to the seller with up to 3 proposed meet up times on any given day. Please remember to keep all meetings safe and in public.
Where the seller has already invited you to a meeting through the Rendez Vous system, please respond swiftly to your time preference by navigating to the “Rendez Vous” tab on your profile, clicking the relevant meet up and ticking one out of the three suggested times.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once you have submitted your order you may only cancel it within 30 minutes. In order to do this navigate to “My Account” once logged in and click on “Orders” in the sidebar. The cancel button will be visible next to the relevant order.
After 30 minutes from the time of your order, you will only be able to “request” cancellation by following the above process. However, the seller is not be obliged to accept your cancellation request after the 30 minute window has run out.
When can I expect to receive my order?
As you are ordering products supplied and delivered by independent sellers, delivery policies may vary as each seller will have their own delivery options. In order to see which delivery methods are offered by the seller on a particular product, click on the “Shipping” tab when viewing the product page.
If for whatever reason there is a delay in dispatching your order, the seller will contact you to agree a revised delivery date.
If you want further information about delivery of your order or to arrange for Local Pickup via the meet up system, please contact the seller directly via their IndeJuice profile.
I have not received my order/I have received the incorrect product, what should I do?
As you are ordering products supplied and delivered by independent sellers, IndeJuice has no control over these types of errors. Please contact the relevant seller directly via your IndeJuice account. As IndeJuice is such a flourishing community, sellers are usually more than willing to accommodate your situation. In any event, we urge both parties to cooperate with each other to settle disputes fairly and in a reasonable manner.
How do I return, exchange or refund an item?
The general policy is that all items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable outside the 30 minute cancellation period. This has been agreed between all buyers and sellers in our Terms & Conditions.
However, a seller may be willing to accommodate your return, exchange or refund request outside the bounds of our general policy. In such a case, please contact the relevant seller directly via their IndeJuice profile.
