The general policy is that all items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable outside the 30 minute cancellation period. This has been agreed between all buyers and sellers in our Terms & Conditions.
However, a seller may be willing to accommodate your return, exchange or refund request outside the bounds of our general policy. In such a case, please contact the relevant seller directly via their IndeJuice profile.
Please note that IndeJuice does not settle disputes between buyers and sellers. We urge both parties to cooperate with each other to settle disputes fairly and in a reasonable manner.
